You could raise this flop even though it's pretty dry. It might look bluffy to him. The thing is, if you're going to stack somebody, there has to be a raise somewhere postflop, and the flop raise gets the least respect.
Also, cold-callng QJo, especially with alot of people still to act, is probably not gonna be profitable in the long run.
