List of starting card nicknames

Hello,

This is my first post (n00b).
Is there a comprensive list of the names for starting hands out there? AA = pocket rockerts, KK = cowboys, AK = Big Slick, etc.

Most poker glossaries have a few, but I was wondering if someone compiled a comprehensive list.

Any additions? I don't get a lot of the names. LIke Doyle Brunson with AQ or 10s2s, JOhnny Moss for A10, or Saw Mill for K9 or Robert Varkonyi for Q10. The list had suits mixed in but some of the names seemed independent of suits so I removed them (correct me if I;m wrong).

I've heard J7 called the car before.

When some guy that folded hand after hand after hand said he was gonna play the next hand no matter what blind... it ended up being J7. As it turns out, he ended up busting his buddy that held AA when 2 pair came on the flop. The reason it's called the car was because his friend was so pissed off, that he made him walk home instead of giving him a ride in his car.

In S/S Doyle says AQ is called Doyle Brunson in Texas because he refuses to play them
T2 is obviously called Doyle Brunson because he won the WSOP twice in a row, and held those cards in the last hand. Both times.

I vote that 66 be called "Annie Duke" because of her two big pots in tournament of champions with sixes.

Also 74 should forever be called ripptyde.

And for kicks I call A9 McManus. This is the writer guy who made it to the final table. In his book, Positively Fifth Street he talks about at least two big pots he took with A9.
