The Poker Tracker

I installed the poker tracker and then installed PP. But as soon as i joined a game i got a msg about a poker program running and if it wasn't closed i'd be kicked out. I closed PP and restarted same msg. I then checked running prgs but nothing so i had to uninstall PT and then it was ok.

Anyone else see this or did i do something wrong. Maybe they check for it as PP is installing or something ?
