Default Raise flop? Bet turn? Shove river?

UTG is 15/13 Agg 4.5 cbet 78% over 213 hands.
MP1 is 19/15 Agg 5 over 111 hands have seen him take a stab or two at pots when checked to him.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP2 ($5.14)
    MP3 ($3.85)
    CO ($8.99)
    Button ($10)
    SB ($3.94)
    BB ($10)
    UTG ($4)
    Hero (UTG+1) ($23.83)
    MP1 ($13.45)

    Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 9, 9
    UTG bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20, MP1 calls $0.20, 1 fold, MP3 calls $0.20, 2 folds, SB calls $0.15, 1 fold

Fairly standard spot to call and set mine. Quite happy when there are a few callers.

    Flop: ($1.10) 9, A, 4 (5 players)
SB checks, UTG bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40, MP1 calls $0.40, 2 folds

The board is as dry as I could ever hope for with trips so I decide to just call with the intention of smashing the turn. Hoping for a couple of extra callers but no such luck. Building the pot with a raise could very well have been the better option though.

    Turn: ($2.30) 9 (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, MP1 checks

GOLD! So why didn't I bet? Basically figured I've got the hand and was hoping for MP1 to spazz off after it is checked to him. Didn't work out. Hindsight has me thinking betting is the better option?

    River: ($2.30) 3 (3 players)
UTG bets $0.90, Hero raises to $2.30, 1 fold, UTG calls $1.40

    Total pot: $6.90 | Rake: $0.33

A shove definitely would have been the better option here I think. Must admit to not really noticing how little UTG had left in his stack. Bummer!

preflop is interesting. Flop is ok I guess. Turn isn't, multiway with an ace on the board and a shortstack involved isn't where serial stabbers tend to take a shot.

Flop is okay if you believe that you would be able to get more value later from flatting as opposed to value now from raising.

Bet turn for value. We need to start building the pot and with a shorty in the pot, MP1 isn't likely to steal.

I think it's fairly safe to assume at least one of them has AQ+ that won't fold, so I'd bet turn half pottish and bet river.
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

I like the flop call - dry board without too much to worry about, more folk behind to help build the pot and pay you off if/when they hit something.

Defo bet turn. Regardless of the ss and potential stabber, I don't like leaving it to other folk to build my pot, esp with the uber nuts! I'd go like 1.10-1.20 and then bet river quite large.

As played I like the raise on the river although you should have brought utg all in. I would rather encourage utg+1 to call/spazz than scare him off with a shove but Iz fish so may be wrong.

    Thanks guys.

I think I got so overjoyed at the quads that I didn't really stop and think properly. With all that you guys have mentioned I see that betting the turn would be the way better play and would make getting the stack of UTG at the very least pretty easy.
