Bet sizing??

    Default Bet sizing??

All limpers are fish. I chose not to raise preflop as I was in "sit and wait till I get a big hand then bet" mode.

Villain is 32/2 and passive, have not seen him raise post flop ever. He's a bit of a station but I had seen him fold a couple of times post flop.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (7 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    SB ($7.64)
    Hero (BB) ($10)
    UTG ($10)
    MP1 ($7.07)
    MP2 ($8.72)
    CO ($11.23)
    Button ($10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 10, K
    1 fold, MP1 calls $0.10, MP2 calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10, 1 fold, SB calls $0.05, Hero checks

    Flop: ($0.50) Q, J, A (5 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.30, 2 folds, CO calls $0.30, 1 fold

So great flop for me. Against a few fish I'm not afraid to bet but don't want to scare everyone away. Good size?

    Turn: ($1.10) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.80, CO calls $0.80

I was contemplating psb and with hindsight think that would have been better.

    River: ($2.70) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $2, CO calls $2

I guess with him calling flop and turn I probably could have at least psb here.

    Thoughts??

Thanks. Good to know I didn't leave too much money on the table.

You could do more on flop and more on river.

i mean like .35 on the flop and 2.2 on the river is not much of a difference.

    this isn't bad at all.

Think about the effect of bet sizing though - for example, if you bet the flop 35c instead of 30 you will end up with 1.20 on the flop, then 0.95 on the turn gives a pot of $3.10 on the river setting up to bet $2.75. It doesn't seem like a big difference but it's 7bb.

Good thoughts daven. The actual money value isn't much but 7bb is 7bb.

Overall I was just thinking maybe I'd totally screwed up and should have been pushing way harder. Good to know I wasn't totally out of the ball park with my bet sizing.

If u wanna be nitty about this you can do add a nickel on flop and it would compound to like 50 cents by the river, but w/e.
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //
