You owe them money, hehe. I think you are clearing a bonus, or spent FPP's, so the MGR is running negative because you are making more than the 27% RB.

Given the site is fulltilt, probably negative MGR because you spent your points in the shop.

At other sites sometimes they do small MGR deductions for deposits/withdrawals. They don't charge for deposits/withdrawals in actual money, but they find a way to make you "pay" for it by reducing your rakeback payment.
