Thoughts about the advice given here

Why would you get flamed for this? People post stuff from other sites/forums all the time. Most of what he says sounds like your standard microstakes advice. I didn't read through all the postflop stuff.
I think it's funny that he's saying you can be a "pro" at 5NL.
