I didn't think folding was good 'cause he's done it 2/9 times and I hardly think he's ahead of me. Flatting I don't like because I'm oop against someone who can double barrel and any broadway besides a ten on the board is going to make it hard to play.
I decided to 4bet to $3 because I've already made enough out of whatever bluffs he might 3bet with and he's still probably calling with AK AKs probably even AQs AQo. Given stacks all pocket pairs are likely too. What do you think about my sizing?

I think the bet sizing here really gives him away, I'm happy with the fold at this point but the play on flop and turn is probably atrocious. I just didn't like the idea of getting it all in so I guess I went for pot control but like I said it was probably a result of me being deep and scared.

No but with this SPR and this board the first thing you should be thinking about is how to get all the chips in the middle. You're committed here, no reason not to be. Stack size is really bad to 4 bet here, though. Making it like $4 or maybe even a bit more would've allowed you to stack off comfortably by potting flop and turn on these kinds of flops...
