Raise pre. I think its fairly close to call as played. I'd lean towards folding, especially considering the original raiser hasn't acted yet.

His 3bet is only 3x, so if you call I'd expect to be in a multiway pot a lot. Even with a very tight range I don't expect most to go broke with an unimproved AK. He'll also be able to get away from high pocket pairs if an overcard flops.
