Default Way early stages, GSSD + BDFD OOP

only like ten hands in, but i'd seen this guy limp a couple of times, and now he's limp/calling 8bb's from UTG, so he's a fish like 99% of the time, and probably a station.

first off, PFR bet sizing? it's standard for me to raise 5xbb + 1 per limper when i'm in the blinds with a hand that is like alergic to flops (like AK, JJ or TT), but i don't know if this is correct when i'm only 66bb's deep.

second off, is this ok to cbet? to be honest, i don't think i have all that much FE, but there were so many turn cards would love to see that i guess i wanted to prevent him from betting me off here (i didn't have any reads on how he played post flop, so for all i know he's capable of betting wide here). now that i write down my thought process here, i'm pretty sure my decision to bet here is terrible. my cbet sizing is close to 1/2 PSB because i think he's far too dense of a villain to realize that this doesn't balance well with my value range at all.

third off, river blocking bet? now that the board is double paired, i feel my A-high has showdown value so i try to reduce his bluffing frequency. heck, maybe he even folds his A-high to avoid a split every once in a while. prolly not, i really just did it to block bluffs

Check-call the river, he has nothing. Also if you wanted to block bluffs, I think he's about as likely (if not more likely) to bluff-raise this puny 10% pot sized bet than he is to bluff against a check.

make it a stopper bet instead, 30-40% of the pot, makes it really hard to bluff reraise the bet...

the problem is he won't call with worse, but he might bet worse if we check. And there is no guarantee he won't raise us anyway.
