Hi and welcome to the forums. It's too hard to answer your question in a general fashion, but if I was to make a generalisation I'd say tight/aggressive early and loose/aggressive late is the way to play. Read the stickies in the SNG Tactics Digest as a starting point.

However, the best way to get advice is to post hands/tourneys for review.
