Transfer: FT->PS or FT->UB

Hey,

I need help with a transfer. I only have $21.50 on FT and I'd like to put it on my UB account or if that's not possible my PS. I'd gladly give someone $1.50 (big money) if they would transfer me $20.

Why in the world would you want to do that?UB is more difficult to get your money from.,by what Ive heard.Plus most dont like UB including me,lol...if I had money on UB,I would surely trade you!
