Default Post Flop Bet Sizes v Regs (100NL)

I tend to bet the same amount with my full range on flop and turn (3/4 pot flop, 2/3 pot turn) when playing against regs so as not to give any reads on my hand strength. Is this too basic? Am I losing value here and giving away pot control & deception opportunities?
