Importing Into PT

having just deposited onto battlefield poker for rakeback purposes i was wondering how to get the hand history into Poker Tracker. it is on the Prima network, and when i import the supposed HH file it just says there are no hands to import!! help appreciated!

For full instructions go and click on Help in PT then on Getting Started. Then select the shortcut to Prima/Ladbrokes (Microgaming) and step by step guide with piccies will be there.
