computer is putting me on life tilt... need help

ok so i can still connect to the internet and browse sites... BUT for some reason i cant connect to the internet with Full Tilt or AIM or any other program.
i tried disabling the firewall thing and that didnt help. otherwise im clueless.

any of you guys know how to fix this? i just wanna play some poker damnit.

It's got to be a firewall issue...what's your setup? You connecting straight to the internet? Do you have a router?

are you running vista? you have to run some shit as administrator for it to work right.
