Att. to steal blinds %

What's the optimal level? I'm checking in at 36% in FR and the CO and button are my only unprofitable positions other than the big blind. I assume that this is way too high and that's why I'm losing money where I should be making the most.

I don't know what's "ideal", I'm at 35% and I'm most profitable from CO/BTN. Either you're raising people who never fold and/or loosing too much post-flop.

If you feel your post-flop is the problem def tighten up. If you're working on stealing, occasionally raise garbage instead of mediocre hands. Then it's easier to give up post-flop and not be worried about it.
