Stacking off on K-High flush

Should I beat myself up over stacking off on a king high flush to an ace high flush on a board with 4 to the flush? To me it almost seems like stacking off to a set over a set, or is it not like that at all?

This question can't be answered without more information. I can think of times where stacking off here is clearly right and times where it is clearly a mistake.

Include info on the board, stack sizes, action so far (with full bet/pot sizes), and any and all reads you have, and then you have an answerable question.

I will attempt to recreate the hand:

Prima Network 10NL
Stack sizes:
5 opponents in hand, all had between 70xBB and 200xBB, eventual villain had 150xBB (as did I).

Everyone limped pre flop, I was in small blind with K of spades and ten of hearts. I completed as with 0.45 in the pot I had 9:1 odds assuming BB checked. BB checked.

Flop was Qh 7s 2s (pot 0.5)
I check, BB checks, check, bet 0.1, all call

Turn 6s ($1 pot)
Same exact betting and calling as above

River 4s ($1.50 pot)
I bet for $0.75
BB Raises to $3
folds around to me, I raise to All-In

Villain shows As 7h

Before this I had seen villain showdown some crap, but he didn't seem like a bad player or anything. I also made the mistake of thinking "hey it's 10NL, he might just have a ten of spades"

This is why lower stakes are so easy. Almost EVERYONE thinks this way. It's easy to beat people because once you make a hand, nobody believes you. It's when you don't make a hand (like a K-high flush) and you think that your opponents haven't made their hands either that makes you a 10NL fish and loses you your chips. Just something to think about.

Yeah I think that was my biggest problem, I mostly play 20NL so I don't give any credit to the odd 10NL table I play, which bit me in the butt this time.

I'll take a stab at this. If you are going to be playing this hand pre flop you have to be playing it for two pair or better(personally I would have folded pre flop). You've completely missed the flop so unless I get to see a turn card for free I'm dumping the hand, even to a min bet. As played I'm probably not getting away from the hand on the river, but I'm hating myself for doing so. Regardless of the results, it should never have come to that point. Just my two cents.
