Need Help finding old post

There was an old post about party having black borders and cards remaining on table afte hand refresh, etc. I got a new laptop and I'm having a few of these problems. Can someone find the old post or tell me how to solve the problem?

Besides clearing your caches and reinstalling PP, how about setting your text size to 96dpi?
