Which do you think you do most?

Basically - out of all the hands that you voluntarily put money in the pot (don't count if you check the big blind with crap and wind up folding) that you lose, how do you lose the most?

if i have 99 on the button and bet it out on every street when checked to (despite overcards on the flop and turn), then i lose to a pair of T's that some calling station caught on the river, is that bluffing or showing down the second best hand?

or alternatively, say i have 99 on the button and raise all in on a K high flop, and one guy calls with a T-high flush draw and catches his T on the river. is that bluffing?

I'll add an option for suckout, but i don't think many people lose MOST of their pots to suckouts...unless they're really really good.

Only recently ive started being an idiot and getting involved in pots i shouldnt and calling bets with mediocre hands that i shouldnt.

I think option 3 & 1 have some overlap....if you are bluffing and then catch a piece which you think might be good your showing down a second best hand......but I vote 3, since I believe all of my major money has been lost trying to bluff idiots which I dont understand why I continue to do.
