If it's a home game, it's all up to what you guys decide is the rule.

It could also go up by number of hands.

Or every time one of Humphrind's jokes bomb.

Most common way is either time based or # or hands base.
e.g.

Blinds go up every 20 minutes
or
Blinds go up every 15 hands

So what can I say to that? Should I make another joke that no one listens to? I guess I just have to accept that I am my own biggest fan.
