    Default When a Fish Raises

I'm trying to figure out if I should be three betting fish for value more often when they raise preflop. Let's say I'm on a six-max table and someone running stupid loose VPIP but low PFR (like 50/13 or something like that) raises ahead of me. Are they randomly raising with their whole range there? I know if their PFR is really low they are probably raising big pairs, AK, and AQ, and the like. (Like if they're 30/1 they're only raising aces and kings). Notes help with this and I'm trying to take more notes when I play, but if I have no specific reads outside of the HUD I give their raises a lot of respect. Too much respect, I think.

3bet aggrofish (50/13s) for value much wider than you would passivefish(30/1s). They tend not to fold to 3bets -- often their opening range is near identical to their calling range, so the wider they're opening, the wider you can 3bet them profitably.

    He just wins, mmkay?
if the dude is 50/13, especially if you're IP you should be 3betting like AJ+, KQs, 88 or 99+ for value.

    f he's 30/1 I wouldn't 3bet anything other than AA or KK

way to generalized but a good starting point methinks.

Thanks, pretty much what I thought.
