I'm EV- when I flop TPTK

    Default I'm EV- when I flop TPTK

    45 hands is not a big sample, so I'll post hands for review
    I think I'm making systematic mistakes in how I approach these hands

    I have no idea who these people are since these hands are not new, but the stats say 12/7/1 for this hand

    1) Fine.
    2) $5 river bet is weird. What's the point?
    3) You don't have to pot the turn.

    I was experimenting with blocking bets. Should I just check/fold hand 2 on the river or what? Check/call is more expensive since he'll bet 1/2 pot

    what would he raise the flop and bet turn with that is behind what I have? he could POSSIBLY have a 9 or a weaker king, but am I really calling a large bet on the river?
    of course, I could just be losing extra $5 every time I blocking bet like that...

    a blocking bet should be higher than that, like closer to 1/3 pot or something.

    Hand 1, you can only be scared of JJ/77--AA is possible but the least likely holding of the 3. I bet closer to pot and commit on flop and definitely on turn. These are the kinds of flops you look for when 3betting AK.

    I agree that the blocking bet should be higher in hand 2.

    I don't mind hand 3, you could bet a little less on turn but meh.
