What do you guys think should be more profitable for $25NL, UB with 25% rakeback or Party Poker with no rakeback?

For low stake cash games is the skill difference noticable from UB to PP?

Party Poker NL $25 is as easy as it comes. I think it is because they only allow their players to play the beg. tables for so long, and then they are forced to play NL$25.
