I think that 4th spade scared everyone away. I was going to value bet but wanted to make it look like I was stealing, even though i basically but the both all in. Maybe it was a little much. Would you reraise on the flop? Bet on the Turn?

It is hard to make a lot of money of those types of flops, honestly the only people who might play at you are Hyper aggressive poeple or someone with sets. Also, I tend to make a lot more money on made straights then flushes.

Ya a flush is definitely more recognizable. I really didn't try to put my opponents on any hands. Maybe if I thought someone had a little flush, I could have re-raised the flop and made him push or call.

Although I think the check on the flop is the best, because if that turn card isn't a spade I can get another bet out of them.

What do you think? Best flop play? Best Turn play? If the turn was a spade or non-spade?

but since you're in the hand, you've got to raise and get some more money in on the flop and hope that someone else has a smaller flush or will call with the draw.

don't be afraid to bet the nuts like you have the nuts at 10NL, you WILL get paid and you'll get paid big.

I agree with slickslack.

I'd have pushed all-in on the flop and hoped that someone else had something like a set or a small flush OR that they thought I was trying to steal it. However if you are coming across as tight/passive then you are not likely to get a call. If you play a little more losely and show that you are game to go all-in on occasion, you'll increase your chance of getting action.

I wouldn't play A small suited because when you hit your flush, as in this case, you probably won't win very much as the others are likely to fold when you bet. And if you don't hit you can cost yourself a lot of money if you chase. And what would you do if faced with a pre-flop raise? You don't play draws against just one or two opponents.

Either double the flop bet when it comes to you or push AI here. You were 2nd last to call the flop bet so it wouldn't suprise me if at least one person called a $2 raise.

All in the flop might be excessive but surely raise it.

Maybe push the turn? I think the flop play is OK. You are not getting any money from anyone without a spade when the turn falls, unless they think you are bluffing.
