Online Tournaments VS. Live Tournaments

I'm playing in a 90 person NL tournament this friday and it will be the largest live tourney I've played in. Should my strategy be similar to an online multi-table tourney by playing tight at the beginning, then loosen up a bit, and then tight around the bubble?

Any tips would be helpful.
