What's his range here look like? Without playing with guys like that a lot, I'm having trouble narrowing him down and I'm torn....

I think we lose AK/KQ on the flop.
Would AA have re-raised us on the flop? (edit: I guess he could have taken a card off with aces and the turn froze him)
Set would have popped us on the flop or turn, right?

If we bet we get value against AJ/JT/QQ assuming he's going to call the last barrel with those a large % of the time.
