Default 25NL nut flush draw facing flop donk bet

I'm not sure how to approach this hand. Are we ever shipping this flop?

    Villain 20/3 over 35 hands:

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (7 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    UTG ($9.40)
    MP1 ($11.44)
    MP2 ($25.54)
    CO ($44.25)
    Hero (Button) ($26.99)
    SB ($12.90)
    BB ($8.40)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, A
    2 folds, MP2 calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero bets $1.10, SB calls $1, 1 fold, MP2 calls $0.85

    Flop: ($3.55) 2, K, 9 (3 players)
    SB bets $2.80, 1 fold, Hero ????

    Total pot: $3.55 | Rake: $0.17

Maybe if it was heads up with an aggressive oppenent or someone with history you had FE against. In this case, you can almost be certain that when he donks bet like that when 4 ppl are on the flop that your FE is close to 0. You are flipping against a king and are behind against sets, thus behind his entire range. Being IP here helps. Call and re-evaluate turn.

Well, it's 3 to the flop in this hand, but that's besides the point. Donking on a flop like this usually means that they have a hand that they want to protect (could just be a KQ/KJ hand). I wouldn't go as far as saying that our FE is close to 0, but I think shipping this flop is yuck. I'd call since we have the nut flush draw as well as backdoor outs to the nut straight, and we might be good if we catch an ace (since we can discount AK). We could probably call another medium sized bet if we get a backdoor card.
