2nd hand have 7 diamond and Q heart

1st hand called for Aces

2nd hand call the pair of seven and kings

1st hand has 2 pair, A's and K's (T kicker).
2nd hand has 2 pair, K's and 7's (A kicker).

The Aces win.

Just to explain the answer a little more clearly - when you have two pair, the value of the 2nd pair only comes in to play (in terms of beating another two pair) when the higher pair matches.

Ie, If two playes had;

Player 1) AA 33
Player 2) AA 44

Then player 2 would win.

If the highest pair of the two players does not match, then it is the person with the highest pair that wins, regardless of the second pair. So;

Player 1) AA 22
Player 2) KK QQ

Player 1 wins.
