Flop Equity increase/decrease

How does flop equity change as the street are played out? In particular I'm asking here about flop equity when you go all-in.
There seems to be two ways of looking at it.
On the one hand flop equity goes up with each street because Villain has less and less chance to complete his draw.
On the other hand, flop equity might be going down because perhaps he has improved his hand. Or is it Villain dependent (which seems to me to be a bit of a cop out answer)?
At what point is flop equity at its lowest? Preflop, or after the flop?

Taken literally, your question makes no sense. Did you mean "pot equity"?

It depends. On a lot.

Suppose we're facing an opponent who has Ac5c on As7s4d.

If we hold 8h5s, we have about 21.3% equity on the flop.
If we hold 7d2d, we have about 22.7% equity on the flop.

These two equities are similar on the flop, but they will change in very different ways on various turns.

I might be wrong, but are you talking about FOLD equity?

I can't believe I did that! I kept looking for flop equity in the searches and couldn't find anything.
I meant FOLD equity. Fold fold fold.

Make sure you added the board to the calculations. Your numbers are about right for preflop equity -- but spoon's numbers are right for a As7s4d flop.

Hmm, I tried again and this time they came out right. I'm not sure what I did last time. This whole thread has just been blah right for me right from the start.
Spoon's point is interesting though.
