Betsizing w/AK on KQQxx vs fish

I have my own thoughts but curious to see what you say first...

i like the sizing. b/f river blocking bet sizing amirite?

Bigger re-raise pre-flop if he'll call it.

Post-flop I'd slow down a lot faster against someone with more reasonable pre-flop hand selection.

I think the river is pretty thin but ok vs this guy - FWIW I'm confident that villain will call with any Tx that floated flop as any sort of straight draw. Combo wise I expect Qx/Kx to be fairly equally represented in his range, plus he should raise the flop or turn with the former some non-zero% of the time, passive though he is. Same applies on the turn for AJ and J9, not sure he always calls the flop with the former which helps us slightly.

Turn I think I perhaps could have bet a little bigger to continue to charge Jx. I mean, I should be able to do that without losing value from Kx/JJ/Tx.

Given my target range, is anybody thinking I should v-bet any bigger on the river? My sizing in these thin spots is something I've been trying to improve.

against a 53/4 i think we missed river value. i make it 1-1.5bb more preflop. flop and turn sizing look fine, river i probably bet 8-9. this guy may not even fold a T here.

Is this 10nl?

On the turn my opponent will probably continue to draw with his transparent OESD (any hand with a jack in) regardless of how much I bet (realistically). I should be able to successfully lay him a worse price to draw with these hands while still extracting value from worse kings and tens. So I'm thinking $5.25ish on the turn. In a nutshell, the optimal river sizing in this spot basically needs to be the highest amount that villain will call with a ten.

Looks fine. I would go bigger on the river. If he calls 5, he will call 8 as well. imo, and he does have Kx a fair amount.
If your read is 54/4 and huge station, I think it's a mistake to not play it for stacks tho. Even if the board isn't great. So I would go slightly bigger on all streets (prolly preflop as well) and shovel river.

My logic was that, assuming villain doesn't always raise Qx on the flop or turn, the likelyhood of him having either Qx or Kx is fairly even. Agree that I could have got a bit more value here, thanks.
