Do I Always Raise SCs and Suited Aces From the Button?

Assuming nobody has raised yet, and the stacks are like 40-100BB. Say I have A7s on the button, two players limp. Do I limp or do I raise to 6xBB? How about suited connectors? What do I do when it ends up being a HU or 3-handed pot if I hit the flop but without the nuts or a draw to the nuts? Like A7s on A28 rainbow when it's checked to me? How does this action change if the board is two-tone and not my suit? What if there is only one caller in either of those cases, and he checks to me again on the turn? Or worse, bets the turn?

Similar questions for suited connectors. Let's say the table conditions are the same as above, I have 8h9h, the flop is 8d9dKs, and it's checked to me? Then one or both or both players call my PSB? Fire another barrel on the turn or c/f?

I just don't know when to quit firing with marginal hands. When I get trips or higher, I know it's time to take my opponents to value town. With TPNK, TPGK, TPTK, and two pair, I feel completely lost when the board pairs (esp. if it's a higher card than my 2pair) or a flush or straight complete. If they raise in this situation, I'll fold, but if they keep calling, I feel like I just pay them off when I should have stopped betting.

Yeah, this response could be a book. Honestly for the Axs question.

You're not going to hit the flop enough to justify limping every single time you have it. The only time I complete or limp is in the SB and check the BB because it is cheaper and there's only one person to act after you. Too often, people will limp it, get raises afterwords and then fold meaning if you play that only maybe 20% of the time you'll get to see a cheap flop. So you'll have to make a lot each time you flop the nuts to make up for the rest of the time.

If you're going to play the hand raise it. No ifs ands or buts. If it doesn't merit a raise, then fold it. (with some exceptions)

One should always mixed it up. You don't want to get in a pattern of raising with certain hands as good opponents will pick up on this and use it to their advantage. Just be sure to keep this in mind as well as how your opponents react to your raises and with what.

On the button with A7 with limpers in front I fold. Unless you feel they are completely clueless in how to play I wouldn't mix it up. Plenty of guys limping high K's and even AT....

How do the limpers play post-flop? What's your image?

My prefered play here is to jack it up and take it away on the flop. But I can't always get away with that.

LoL, sorry. Been playing lots of live poker. My image varies a lot depending on the day and table. The regulars already stopped laying down hands to me.
