I was supposed to be keeping a weekly journal/log for my 6 month internship. Its part of a portfolio I have to hand in on monday. The journal is a big part of the portfolio and the portfolio is pretty much what Im graded on. Ofc I didnt keep a journal cuz that shit is lolgay,amirite? you could cream it, which is awesome, but youre a homo and probably scared of heavy cream. Also you could stem them as they (the stems) can be quite fibrous rendering them hard to digest. Otherwise, youre doing fine.

Yea, anything with a tarragon in the dressing is good to go on spinach. Tomatoes and some mozzarella balls work too.

I agree, wholeheartedly. However, if you think the vast majority of cardio machine warriors are doing it for any other reason than to get cut, you are insane.

Someone that lifts all day could actually be less healthy than a slightly pudgy person who focuses on cardio.

Ideally (from a health or physique perspective), one would do both.
