Well I was kinda wrong. I went through my latest 18 BI downer, and found out that I played pots where I won or lost 3/4 BI's or more 60 times. I have 30 winners and 30 losers. This is still not acceptable, so I checked each hand to see where I was at when the money went in.

60 total hands: I won 30 and lost 30
+EV: 39
-EV:10
Flipping:11

In the 10 -EV hands, 8 were coolers, one was a bad call, and one I flat out missclicked for $150.
I won only 2 flips out of the 11 for a whopping 18%.
So I 'shoulda' won 39 + ~5 flips for a total of 44 out of 60, not 30.

I have a good feeling that this is why my EV graph says I should be up over this stretch.
