as said before, JJ is not a pushing hand. i usually only even push qq if i really don't respect my opponent.

my advice on ak or aq, is if you miss, don't raise the flop at low limits, you're gonna get called more than enough to make it unprofitable.

the 99 set. if there is 2 to a flush, and you don't bet hard on the flop or you slowplay it in any way, you are risking losing a little pot for possibly getting a big pot. on that turn, you gotta be able to recognize that the flush card came. if your opponent check/called the flop, then lights up and bets/raises the turn, fold like a cheap suit.

the aq and aj's that hit, then you got beat on the turn, river. especially the river. these are weak hands, bet the pot or close to it. sometimes, you get a calling station, and you can't help it. but generally that turn bet is pretty big and they will get scared off. if you get worried they're drawing, overbet the pot, make them pay extra for the card.

these are just tips for the future. it sounds like your case really was some bad luck, but maybe if you run into bad luck in the future you can stem some of the bleeding.
