				 What PO overlays to use and why?

						Hey everyone. I'm new here so all your input is very welcome :)
 Can someone help me with Poker Office's table overlays? I have played about 5k hands now, but I can't settle or find meaningful overlays. Currently I have tried to use the 1st row for preflop and the 2nd for postflop:

 1st row:
 # of hands - to see how accurate is his icon;
 VPIP% - this indicates to me how loose he is and how more easily he will call my PFR;
 PFR% - shows to me that someone with low % that raise = strong hand (then i fold more easily preflop).
 AF(PreF) - dont have a clue why i have this, but i guess i use it for the same reason as PFR%.

 2nd row:
 Raise on flop% - if he has a high % and bets, i take his hand not as threatening;
 Won when saw flop% - I think i must change this to won when saw turn/river, coz i want to see if he continues to play how strong his hand normally is;
 SDs won% - not sure what this is suppose to mean, i just read on the other thread about PO overlays that many players use it. (if his % is low, but bet big on river, then what?) I also noticed that many have SD%. Can anyone tell me why they use it, and how, and if it really is a good indicator?
 AF(postF) - not sure if this is helpful. coz agg players always bet and then i wonder if he has a strong hand or not, but there is no way for me to know, I have to assume so... :(

 I know on the other thread someone said PFR% and VPIP% is a duplicate and only VPIP can be used, but I think PFR% is also necessary coz many loose players only limp in to see the flop giving them a high VPIP% and still a low PFR%. So seeing a person with high VPIP% with low PFR% that raised, i know he has a strong(er) hand even if he plays loose. Am I on the right track here?

 So, anyone else wanna tell me what is good indicators to use? I find I rarely use mine currently. Maybe I don't understand fully the meaning of 'em. I base most decisions (many of them the wrong ones) on his icon, so I would like to use indicators more...

 PS play ring NL mostly.
