Check behind turn, maybe make a crying call if he bets the river and it's not too expensive. As played on flop/turn this river is a good spot for him to try a c/r with AA/KK, as we have shown aggression/strength on every street. He might have been worried about you holding a T on the flop and gone into pot control mode, but with the 3rd T out he's obviously going to try and get all his chips in with the 2nd/3rd nuts.
