It's a problem that plagues my game often. I start playing crap hands and then I dont play carefully when I dont hit. 2 things you can do...gain a huge stack and just pressure the hell out of em to fold...or tighten up and try to value out every big flop.

I personally prefer to lean but you can get trapped this way.
