						This spot comes up fairly often. I flop a ton of equity and I'm looking to get the money in on the flop but villain doesn't oblige: turn and river advice gratefully received. Should I also assume our line is standardised against the majority of villains?  
 
(yes, I should raise pre - only excuse is that this was my 2nd hand at the table).
