Typical Ugly Spot OOP: No idea what to do when turn and river brick

This spot comes up fairly often. I flop a ton of equity and I'm looking to get the money in on the flop but villain doesn't oblige: turn and river advice gratefully received. Should I also assume our line is standardised against the majority of villains?

(yes, I should raise pre - only excuse is that this was my 2nd hand at the table).

Clearly there's no decent excuse for this and I didn't even realise I'd done it until after the session (and was thoroughly disgusted with myself). It looks to me like I wasn't concentrating and was instead focusing on getting seated at some tables at the start of the session, rather than letting my brain work. As I say, I realise how terrible this was, but it's post flop I'm having the continued problem with.

I'd prefer to lead pot on the flop as played PF and obviously try to get stacks in. Turn seems fine, river just give it up. No sense going for an ill-advised bluff readless.

Why do we want stacks in? Are we ever in great shape when we stack off here? I suppose villain could be super aggro with a lesser flush draw or shit straight draw but in my experience that often isn't the case.

We shouldn't be looking to stack off as standard on this flop. Getting it in on the flop is fine if we have some fold equity, I'm happy to get it in on flop if either a) I'm the one who shoves, or b) I'm committed to call.

I think I mispoke/came off the wrong way when I said 'look to get stacks in.' What I meant was I prefer leading this flop vs. c/r (especially since it's a limped pot and we have buttloads of equity) to attempt to just take it down right away and helps build the pot if we do hit our A or nut flush, can also turn 3 more outs with a non-diamond T or J. And if our lead is raised, I wouldn't shy away from getting the stacks in.

Calling pre makes this whole hand a lot more awkward to deal with.
