Yeah, I guess stats don't always tell the whole story. I do a lot of what you just mentioned, but my game conditions are probably different, so the VPIP/PFR gap didn't become as wide. In fact, I even open limp sometimes with small PPs if I think I'm likely to get away with it.
Your 3-bet % seems fairly standard. Maybe a bit on the low side (mine is around the same FWIW). What kind of hands are you calling PFRs with in LP? If you have HEM or PT3, and have a decent sample size to work with, you should run some filters and see what your winrate looks like you make certain passive moves preflop. Maybe game dynamics will sometimes dictate that you should make non-standard plays, and your stats might just look odd as a result. But they're just stats after all.
