Default Suddenly I suck at poker

Okay, the last week and a half I have been sucking at poker. I don't know what happened... It is frustrating as hell...
    I play three places:
    1) Online (Paradise Poker) -- I went from $170 down to $30 in the last week.
    2) Local bar (Cash game) -- The guys that play there are gamblers and are pretty loose. Usually I walk out of there ahead at least $50-60, but yesterday I walked out down; first time ever...
    3) Local Indian casino -- They only have limit poker. Usually I can just play fairly tight and walk out of there up $20-60. Yesterday I dumped $100.

If it was just one or two losses, I wouldn't be so frustrated, but I'm getting killed on all fronts. I feel like I've forgotten how to play well. It's like perma-tilt.

How do you guys deal with this kind of thing? Now when I'm playing, I feel like I'm trying to prove to myself that I'm still a good player. This is not a good state of mind to be in while playing poker...

I find this happens when you lose patience. Obviously swings happen, but I would be willing to bet that if you look back, you will see where the boredom got to you and you made poor decisions.

At least thats what happens to me.

I agree with Uncle Buddy. Something's probably messing with your head that has affected your play. Review your hand histories for your online play (or even better, if you have it, check your losing hands in poker tracker to see if you lost significant amounts of money on hands that you shouldn't have played or shouldn't have played as far as you did).

I had a similar experience last week, except that it was exagerated. I dropped about $230 in a day and a half playing while making poor decisions after a fight with my gf. Things b/t her and I are patched up and I've got my head back on straight (have made $30 of that back), but it'll take some time to recover...

If you review your decisions and don't see any repeated bad decisions, you're probably just hitting bad cards.

Often what happens is, you get poor cards and maybe some bad beats. You start playing more conservative (or different than normal) and you lose more. You get more hesitant or start playing marginal hands and losing more. Like others mentioned, look at some hands and figure out what you did wrong. Try to figure out how you played when you were winning.
