I need help finding the best line in this hand, and discussion of villain ranges as this is one of the major things I need to improve on in poker.

25NL, my table image is loose and aggressive, I've been 3 betting a whole bunch and getting quite out of line against the regulars, who have been on my right and have been overactive on the button. I've 3b both the SB and the CO more than twice each since I've sat at the table and either gotten a fold or won the pot on the flop.

Mini Villain SB is a LAG who abuses position and folds to a lot of 3bets, running at 34/31 and folding to 3b 84% of the time over a 209 hand sample size.

Main Villain CO is fairly tight, and quite aggressive on flops, often winning pots due to a mix of good hands and aggression. An AFeq of 39%. Hes running at 15/8 over 119 hands and a 15% steal. Been getting suspicious lately.

SB ($31.31)
BB Hero ($25)
UTG ($46.38)
CO ($33.76)
BTN ($25.10)

Dealt to Hero Q Q

fold, CO raises to $0.50, fold, SB calls $0.40, Hero raises to $2 , CO calls $1.50, SB calls $1.50

CO min raises which I've never seen before, SB calls with a think a tighter range than usual due to being OOP. I raise it fairly large with QQ hoping to build a big pot, also because I'll be OOP to the CO. I have relative position on the SB Lag so I'm hoping he will follow along if CO calls. I think both players are quite suspicious of me.

FLOP ($6) T J 8

Flop is draw heavy and a whole bunch of lower pocket pairs I normally extract value from just got there. SB checks. I bet 4$, which I think is my first mistake in the hand, I think betting 5.5$ is better to charge strong draws and AJ,AT hands.

SB checks, Hero bets $4, CO calls $4, SB folds

TURN ($14) T J 8 A

Hero ??

When an Ace rolls off on the turn my brain kind of fizzled with indecision. I honestly didn't have a strong clue what to do here. A few questions I have here is what range at this point to you put on the CO villain? In the actual hand I took a b/f approach betting 7.5$ into 14$. What do you think of this line? I think checking this turn allows Villain to bet his entire range and forcing me to fold.

Also, my QQ is now extracting value from such a narrow range (99,KJ, maybe 87/89) that is betting this turn even going to be profitable? Should I just check/f this turn considering what hands I get value from, what I fold out and what beats me?

Still working on my ability to put villains on accurate ranges so please tear my attempt apart. Here I put the CO who min raised and then flatted my 3b and then called my flop bet on : KQ (though I have this hand heavily blocked) KJ, 55-JJ, AJ, AK (which I think he sometimes flats to trap spewmonkeys like me), maybe a hand like JTs/J9s or T9/T8s and suited aces AT-A7. Out of this range I get his very low pockets to fold if I bet turn, another call from any draws that haven't hit and a raise from 2pair and better (or a call to trap me). According to my attempt at a range I looks like I should b/f the turn perhaps 1/2 pot.

This hand seemed really sticky and tough so a ton of advice on how to play it would be appreciated. (and if it was misplayed preflop or on the flop).
