In High Stakes limit, you posted:

Got any links that discuss this? After reading NLHT&P and experimenting a little, I am strongly considering a switch.

There are usually 3x as many NL tables as limit at some of the sparsely populated sites I play (where my highest rakeback deals are), which implies that there are more recreational players in those games.

I have a question for Fnord:
Why do you choose to put one sentence posts and not explain yourself? Is it because you believe the explanation will come from others?

Ever heard of discussion? It's an archaic term. In the dark ages before Google and text messaging people use to do it all the time.
TheXianti: (Triptanes) why are you not a thinking person?

This statement stands on it's own.

Although your edge in short-handed LHE goes up a lot with a good rakeback deal.

i remember you posting somewhere that for the best players NL gave the biggest edge.
Is that still true? I learnt limit to improve my overall undersatnding of the game but ive moved back to NL because i feel it lets me earn more $per hour.

This doesn't answer my question. Normally when someone discusses something they give their reasoning so people can see their point.
However Fnord doesn't give reasoning, he gives the answer. Sometimes, his wording and answer could spawn disagreement but there's no way to argue against his points because he has none.

I don't really have a problem with this, I was just wondering if Fnord decides not to waste his time explaining things because he feels others will explain?

Fnord is the most useful poster on FTR because he knows how to shape debates about important concepts in poker. Find his 'implied threat' thread and you'll see what I mean.
