Default QQ overpair vs Aggro fish

This is probably standard, but I've just started playing again after a long break and this one has me unsure.

    Q) Whats his range when he shoves? How much of it is FDs vs sets/overpairs? How often does he show up with AA/KK?

SB is loose passive fish. 45/3/1AF

BB is fairly aggro, and kinda spazzy. He seems to massively overvalue suited cards, and doesn't seem to understand bet sizing at all. I've seen him open raise the SB to 75bbs with 99, but have also seen him fail to semibluff flush draws in unwanted HU pots on two occasions, and have never seen him semibluff more than one street - 24/18/20 AF/6% 3bet

Poker Stars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (4 handed) - Poker Stars Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.com
    BB ($3.92)
    Hero (UTG) ($2.18)
    Button ($2)
    SB ($4.80)
Preflop: Hero is UTG with ,
Hero bets $0.06, 1 fold, SB calls $0.05, BB calls $0.04
    Flop: ($0.18) , , (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.08, Hero raises $0.26, 1 fold, BB raises $1.38, Hero makes a totally standard _______.

If he's really rubbish and he's more likely to do that with rubbish than he is good cards then shove.

His range is pretty huge if he's bad you're above most of it by a lot.

    Id say he's shoving with:
    - Any PP (inc when he makes sets)
    - Any two overcards (maybe not any, but most)
    - Any pair with a good kicker or better
    - Any two pair
    - Any FDs
    - Any OESD

    Probably any Gutshot too.

I'd shove here. I think the described villain will stack off with quite a few combos of top pair and a few Ahigh FD's. I'd expect to have the best hand most of the time here.

based on your overbet read with a hand he feels is vulnerable, I'd have no issue stacking off here
