I would argue that the bunching effect is not the only difference. The mindset of FR players is also different from the one of 6-max players and it is also a reason for which FR does not play exactly the same as 6 max when the first 3 players fold.

This is a poor generalization that's largely outdated, and any adjustments made from this are accounted for when looking at how the players left to act will play anyway.
