PART 1-PREFLOP: How would you play against me w/ these stats, & what am I doing wrong

at a glance they don't look too bad.
you could be tighter from UTG/+1, you are too loose from the small blind, and you call too many 3bets.

oh, and you aren't doing a very good job of putting people on ranges post-flop (W$WSD etc)

to exploit you i would play against you a lot when you open from ep and i have position, i would 3b a value range vs your opens, i would hammer your blinds if i was in a steal spot vs you and then profit post-flop with position

Ha, yes, definitely. I think my biggest issue is getting beat at the showdown (I'm not thrilled about winning less than half the time), and I think I'm not great at putting people on hands, perhaps bc w/ such huge ranges micro fish usually have, I'm often a little baffled when people show me their backdoor draws they made it after calling 2 or three barrels from me. ....but maybe it's bc I'm kind of a fish too. Sigh. Still a newbie.

What do you mean by 3betting a value range vs my opens? Also, what do ya think a more profitable fold to steal # would be?

Actually, I may be reading this stat wrong. I believe w/ HEM, calling 3bets (which is named "vs 3Bet Call%" and is on most of the default reports) means the 3Bets you call after your make a PFR. I don't think means the 3Bets you call cold. Does anyone know if that's how it works in HEM? PokerTracker may be different.

I think ur stealing too much from the SB. Id be interested to see your Stole stat for SB. Typically Att. Steal BU>CO>SB. From the SB ur in bad shape when called.
44% W$SD is pretty low with a 21% WTSD. Like daven rightly said you are probably failing to put villain on a range. Reading your posts confirms this. Your generally on the right track but often fail to explain the ranges you give the villain and therefore what equity you approximately have in the hand.

Would be happy to give ya that number, but I'm not sure there is one for HEM -- or at least not one I'm finding. Anyone know if there is? Looking for something like "steal success" but I'm not seeing it.

So I guess you're winning small pots and losing more than half of the big pots?

That's the real trick, isnt' it? I'm guessing that you're breaking even or winning for most of those 15,000 hands and just a few hands are putting you in the red.

Just a guess, I'm no pro.

You hit the nail on the head. I'm winning lots (comparatively) of little pots, especially if it doesn't go to the river (let alone the showdown), and most of the damage is by far a very small # of hands where I lose big. Uuug. Sucks.

Uh yeah. I have the same problem. I'm trying to focus on the idea that small hands are for small pots and big pots should only be played for with monster hands. Or something like that.

I'm trying to learn when to fold top pair type hands... instead of losing my stack.

I think I've read here recently that you don't need '3 streets of value' with TPTK hands?

Meaning you should be barreling w/ TPTK (w/ plenty of exceptions of course) through the river? I'm a bit confused.
