With that being said, sometimes epic losing sessions or a few losing days in a row causes me to not play for a period of time (longest being two weeks or so but usually 3-5 days). Not looking at HEM and playing ofcourse would lead to a solution to this problem.

Currently I'm not sure which of these is better. Not looking at HEM and being able to grind more or reviewing HH's more often and try to fix leaks.

Since I've never not looked at my winnings/losings for a week, I shall give this a try. A week of not looking and then a long review session followed by another week of not looking.
If HEM would let you do a filter or a report to just see hands where you won/lost X big blinds, that could be useful for you.
