Default NL10: nut flush draw relatively deep OOP

    Hi, guys,

I wonder if I misplayed this hand in a blind vs blind spot. Villain is a good reg (I saw later that he is a small winner) and he was 24/14 over 62 hands. Even though he is fairly aggressive post flop, I have no reason to believe that he is bluffing. So, I'm assuming he has a big hand, we're 160BBs effective and I have a FD. Here is the action:

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (4 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
    UTG ($18.04)
    Button ($10)
    Hero (SB) ($16.89)
    BB ($23.06)
Preflop: Hero is SB with A, 2
2 folds, Hero bets $0.25, BB calls $0.20

Standard steal. I noticed that it is better to steal smaller (3x instead of 4x). It is nearly the same thing and I'm risking less against a 3 bet or a call.

    Flop: ($0.60) 10, 4, J (2 players)
Hero bets $0.40, BB raises $1.20, Hero calls $0.80

Pretty good flop. However, in retrospect, I think that leading out here is not very good. My thought process was that I had good fold equity here and I would be glad to take the pot right now. He check raises me and I think he has a big hand here. I call hoping to hit a flush and extract at least a 2/3 bet, if not getting his whole stack (if he can't laydown a set or a smaller flush).

    Turn: ($3) 8 (2 players)

Turn brings another draw and I check call getting 30% immediate odds on my call. Against a range of overpairs and sets, I have around 20% equity. However, If I can extract a half pot sized bet when I hit and not bet when I miss (correct me if I'm wrong), it is a slightly +EV call.

Hero checks, BB bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50
    River: ($8) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $4.40, Hero folds
    Total pot: $8

River is standard. He seems to have a good hand and he is probablly betting for value (as a backdoor flush is unlikely for me to have).

What do you think of this hand? Is it better to play check-call flop? Are we ever folding or semi-bluffing the turn?
