1 and 2 are good. Some people play their sets pot/pot/pot but it's also the bluff line, so looks good.
Hand 3, the 54/8 rarely bluff raises. Then betting big turn and river is highly unusual, pretty sure he has a nut hand here.
Plus the super loose-passive guys don't raise draws, they just call down. IMO isolating with A7o is a little loose because of kicker issues, I usually go with A9+. But when you hit top pair against these guys, the thing to do is gently barrel like 2/3 pot, they're calling down with the most insane stuff, but definitely dump it when raised.
