At work so can't go into too much detail;

For heads up play search in the tournaments section. I'd recommend staying away from HU ring until you're more experienced, in tournaments it pays to be very aggressive with lots of pushing.

AK...looks like you should put more emphasis on position. In early position with overcards such as this I'd lead out as you were the original raiser. Bet half - three quarters of the pot and let it go if you are re-raised.

JJ, AA...I prefer to raise the same amount whenever I am opening the betting. Doesn't mean I'm right, but it's my preference. In early position play JJ cautiously, hope for a set or overpair. It's a tough hand to play. In later position raise with it. AA I raise as normal. At micro limits a bigger raise is best to isolate as people play with crap. Re-re-raise or push if you are re-raised, depending on number in hand and size of pot.

I'd say your best bet is to find a site with small buy-in SNGs to start with, unless you have a strong preference for ring games. They give you a lot of hands with a small exposure to risk. I started that way, moved over to ring and then moved back as I love them so much. Read the two strategy guides sticked in the SNG section and go and kick ass.
