It's almost impossible to win money without showdown at the small stakes because people can't fold. Forget about the redline, if you search it out and find a bunch of threads you will get a ton of info, much more than anyone is going to post again here. Don't try to make them fold, make good hands and bet, or try to get weak hands to showdown cheap.

If your red line is higher than your blue line after a 2k hand sample what does that usually mean? your running good or bluffing to much, or to small sample to mean anything?

you're either a super nit or spewing or a combo of the two.

Well I play pretty aggressively probably to aggressively. On PT my stats are 28 19 and WTSD 29, 6.5 ccpf and w$asd 50.2, most of this is 4-5 handed. So that means I should play tighter???not bet so often?

If your redline is going up at the micro stakes your probably blowing hands out of the water you beat. Getting people to fold before showdown when you have the better hand is not a good plan. If you are getting to showdown around 24-28% and winning about 50% give or take then you will see the redline come down. All the numbers actually need to work together, VPIP, PFR, aggression and showdown stats. posting your PT3 or HM stats on the first page will give ius better questions to ask. Nobody will have diffinitve answers but there are parameters.

And yes 2K is small as a sample, but I still don't think it should be going up too often although possible. 5K is better and 10K shows some issues with your stats.

Ok ill I might make a new thread after I hit like 5k hands and ask for feedback on stats but first, is this the kind of play you're talking about jymns?

River bet to big? I felt like I made a big mistake at the time, the guy was a station and probably had a pair of 4's or 7's and would of called 20-50C bet.
